You already know about invitational bidding in bridge. 1NT - 2NT. You can use the same ideas for slam bidding with the 4NT Quantitative bid. That's just a fancy name for invitational.
If you're happy playing in a 4-3 trump fit sometimes then you can use Stayman with weak hands.
What's the best way to bid slams when you and your partner have balanced hands? Could it be as simple as making sure you have at least 33 points between the two hands and just bidding slam?
