You already know about invitational bidding in bridge. 1NT - 2NT. You can use the same ideas for slam bidding with the 4NT Quantitative bid. That's just a fancy name for invitational.
If you're happy playing in a 4-3 trump fit sometimes then you can use Stayman with weak hands.
